Established in November 2003, Shijiazhuang Zhengxinyuan Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (formerly Shijiazhuang Zhengyuan Dadi Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) is a core brand of animal health products created by Agricultural University of Hebei, with the headquarters locating at Huahai Global Plaza, Shijiazhuang City. As a high-tech joint-stock enterprise, the company integrates research, development, manufacture and promotion of new animal health products and practical animal health technology and possesses such brand as “Zhengyuan Dadi” and branches as Shijiazhuang Zhengxinyuan Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (headquarter) and Cangzhou Zhengxinyuan Veterinary Co., Ltd. (GMP production base), etc.
The company’s organization structure is designed in accordance with the operation and management mode of modern enterprise, setting up three centers including administrative center, marketing center, group R&D center, and one GMP production base, with 11 departments in total. The company takes the lead in applying the cooperation of SCA (Supply Chain Alliance) (strategic partners) with domestic famous management consulting company in the industry to overall upgrade the management, so as to establish a team of employees equipped with innovative thinking and brand new service idea. The company owns a staff team of 300 members currently, consisting of 2 MBAs, 2 PhDs in Pharmacology, and 2 PhDs in Physiology, as well as many postgraduates, with 90% and more employees acquiring education background of junior college and higher. The production base of the company, located in the former third branch farm of Zhongjie Farm, Huanghua Port, Cangzhou, with coverage of 45 mu (7.4132 acres), has introduced domestic and international first–class production facilities and testing equipment to ensure the advanced nature of the production. The company is confident that the high-quality products with core technology will become the foundation for the survival of an enterprise, and the application of TMR mode (Total Mixed Ration) (Total Quality Management) to guarantee the high quality of the products.
